Obituary: Caroline Miller, Kirsten Simone

The Birmingham Royal Ballet announced the passing of the company’s Chief Excutive Officer, Caroline Miller OBE, on 15th December 2024. She had resigned from the position several days earlier due to long illness. She was born in 1971. She joined the Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2018 and appointed Carlos Acosta as the artistic director in 2020. Deputy CEO Paul James has been named acting CEO.

Legendary Danish dancer Kirsten Simone passed away on 19th December 2024. She was 90 years old. I learned about this from Alexei Ratmansky’s Instagram . Here is the movie clip. The source is his post.
