Northern Ballet: first glance of Gentleman Jack, Sarah Chun nominated for Olivier Awards

Northern Ballet, known for its storytelling ballet, published the first glance of Gentleman Jack on 4th March 2025.

Gentlemen Jack is the Leeds-. the U.K., based company's first original full-scale ballet since 2021 and the first under Artistic Director Federico Bonelli. The ballet is based on the life of Anne Lister, or ‘Gentleman Jack’ (1791-1840).

Gentleman Jack is slated to premier in spring 2026. But tickets will already go on sale on 14th March 2025.

In a separate news, Northern Ballet's Leading Soloist Sarah Chun has been nominated for the Laurence Olivier Awards 2025 for her performance in Three Short Ballets.
