BALLET OPERA DE LYON, France

Ballet Opera de Lyon is looking for dancers to join the company.


Applicants must have excellent technical skills both in classical and contemporary as well as great disposition for improvisation, confirmed professional experience. Mastery of the pointe work is appreciated.


To apply, click here to fill in the application form and upload a CV, a cover letter, a recent portrait picture and a link to a video showing a 3-minute classical centre work, a repertoire variation of your choice, one showreel (optional). The the link must be accessible without a password.


The deadline for applications is 16th March. Only the dancers selected for the auditions will be contacted via email by 21st March.

BRUSSELS CITY BALLET, Belgium

Brussels City Ballet is holding open auditions for company dancers, freelance dancers, and trainees.

Video should include:

  • Ballet barre, Center with pointe shoes for women 

  • Variation from the classical repertoire chosen by the candidate

The invitation only in-person auditions will take place on 4th May at the BCB company studio, Rue de la Fourche 49,1000 Brussels, Belgium. Bring your music for variations on you phone.


Trainee positions are designed for dancers aged between 17 and 25 years and the programme requires tuition fees.

Ballett Vorpommern is seeking professional dancers to join their company for the 2025-2026 season.


Applicants must have:

• Strong classical and contemporary technique

• Strong pointe techniques for female dancers

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in an established dance company

• Quick learners and team players are appreciated.


Height preferences are:

• Female dancers: 160–167 cm (5’2”–5’5”)

• Male dancers: 176–182 cm (5’7”–6’)

BALLETT LANDESTHEATER EISENACH, Germany

Ballett Eisenach, under the new artistic direction of Jorge Pérez Martínez, is looking for professional dancers and interns with a strong classical and contemporary technique for the 2025-2026 season.

BALLETTO DI MILANO, Italy

Balletto di Milano will hold auditions for the 2025/2026 season. The company is looking for company dancers on fixed-term contract, freelance dancers to join individual shows, and trainees.


Admission requirements:

- Strong classical, contemporary and pas des deux technique

- Excellent interpretative skills

- Height: 163-170 cm for women and 178-185 cm for men

- 18 years or older

- European citizenship or residence permit in the EU for work

TULSA BALLET, Tulsa, Oklahoma, the United States

Tulsa Ballet is holding international auditions in Europe in March.


The locations and dates are:

  • Madrid: 5th March

  • Lisbon: 7th March

  • Amsterdam: 8th March

  • London: 9th March

  • Milan: 10th March

  • a video link. Video should include no introduction or fancy editing, consisting of the following performed in leotard and tights for women, and tight-fitting dance attire for men:

    • two classical variations drawn from the standard repertoire, danced in pointe shoes by female applicants

    • a short contemporary variation (that could consist of something drawn from the repertoire, phrases from classwork, or an applicant-created work) that illustrates the applicant’s command of a range of movement different from that demonstrated in the classical variation

    • 3-5 minutes of barre work, incorporating both sides, danced in soft shoes by male applicants and pointe shoes by female applicants

    • 3-5 minutes of center work that includes adagio, pirouettes, petit and grand allegro, danced in pointe shoes by female applicants

  • a CV (must include weight & height)

  • a head shot

  • 2-3 dance photos that reveal the dancer’s body proportions and line

NEVADA BALLET THEATRE, Las Vegas, Nevada, the United States

Nevada Ballet Theatre is holding in-person auditions and video auditions for the company and NBT II.


In person-auditions will be held on 8th March and 23th March at NBT Studios in Las Vegas. Register from here in advance.


Bring a CV, a headshot, and 2-3 dance photos that reveal the dancer’s body proportions and line with you to the auditions.


If you are unable to attend auditions in person, submit following materials electronically to auditions@nevadaballet.org
